Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Scotland and the UK).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods, seasonal demand, promotions or severe weather, processing may occasionally take longer

We use trusted UK delivery providers depending on parcel size and weight.

Royal Mail (Parcels up to 2kg)

Orders weighing up to 2kg are typically sent using Royal Mail.

This service is suitable for smaller parcels and accessories.

DPD (Parcels over 2kg)

Orders weighing over 2kg are typically shipped using DPD.

This service is commonly used for larger or heavier items.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping service where necessary.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and are provided as guidance only.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Royal Mail: usually 1–3 working days
  • DPD: usually 1–3 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Free UK standard shipping on orders over £65.00

For orders below £65.00, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Parcel weight
  • Parcel size
  • Delivery location
  • Delivery service used

We reserve the right to amend delivery pricing or promotional shipping offers at any time.

Free delivery promotions may be subject to minimum spend requirements and apply only to qualifying UK mainland orders unless otherwise stated.

6. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for courier tracking systems to update.

7. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate before submitting an order.

EquiBuy cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete delivery information
  • Customer unavailability

Additional courier charges caused by incorrect delivery information may be passed on to the customer.

8. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • Royal Mail or DPD may leave instructions for redelivery or collection
  • Customers should follow courier guidance to rearrange delivery or collection

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional postage costs may apply before re-shipment.

9. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears lost, please contact us promptly and include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

11. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for goods passes to you once delivery has taken place at the delivery address provided.
